European project ADMANTEX2i comes to an end

The European ADMANTEX2i project, which was born out of a partnership between 6 European clusters operating in the textiles and production technologies sectors, came to an end in May 2024, after 3 years in execution.

The project promoted a series of internationalization activities aimed at the partnership clusters and their associated companies and R&D institutions, including the contracting of 3 market assessments, the organization of 3 co-funded international missions, B2B and C2C (Cluster 2 Cluster) meetings, information webinars, coaching sessions and thematic workshops.

The main markets targeted in these activities were the USA, Canada and Japan and their central aim was to promote and disseminate business and cooperation opportunities in these markets for the technical textiles and advanced manufacturing technologies sector.

The project was successfully concluded, having attracted the participation of more than 50 companies and R&D organizations, which led to 30 cascade funding contracts and dozens of commercial or cooperation agreements between the participants and stakeholders in the 3 targeted markets, thus achieving the main objectives and goals set for the project.

The ADMANTEX2i project was co- funded by the European Union’s COSME Programme under the ‘Clusters Go International’ Call.
