Portugal the Hannover Messe 2022 fair partner

Hannover Messe is the world's largest showroom in the industry, having provided 6.5 million business contacts worldwide in the last edition.

Several countries have already had the privilege of being partner countries of Hannover Messe, such as the United States, Mexico, Switzerland, Holando and Portugal will be next.

The Reindustrialisation of Europe and the role of Portugal will be central themes as early as 2021 and then in 2022. This will therefore be an opportunity for strategic definition in the new world context and identification of areas of European affirmation for Portuguese industry.

With the slogan "Portugal Makes Sense" in 2022 the Portuguese presence will be focused on the Energy, Metallurgy and Metalworking and Digital Ecosystems sectors, areas in which the two countries have great connections and good growth prospects.

AICEP - Agência para o Investimento e Comércio Externo de Portugal together with the German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and AIMMAP - Associação dos Industriais Metalúrgicos, Metalomecânicos e Afins de Portugal, will present on October 20th, at 9am the project for Portugal's presence at Hannover Messe, as well as the opportunities and benefits of participating in this fair. Registration for the online presentation is open until October 19, 2020.
