PRODUTECH was present in the conference "MES Portugal 2016"

On April 12, took place in TecMaia the conference "MES Portugal 2016," with the theme "MES framework in Industry 4.0" and organization of Critical Manufacturing. The PRODUTECH was present in this relevant event with a stand for promotion and dissemination of the cluster.

Industry 4.0 is a process of transformation of today's industrial environments "Smart Factory" by taking advantage of technologies such as the internet of things, analytical tools for large volumes of data or systems in the cloud.

This process will be long-term key to maintaining the competitiveness of enterprises. However, because it is a revolution that is to be expected, companies should be prepared for this path. Throughout the various presentations and was answered question during the debate such as:

What is Industry 4.0?

What is the role of information systems in the Industry 4.0?

What is making the national industry to prepare for this new technology cycle?

What funding mechanisms exist for this type of activity?

With over 200 participants, this event successfully promoted the debate on the theme MES and Industry 4.0.
