The 1st call for proposals of the GALACTICA project has approved and will fund 3 projects from Portuguese companies!
The 1st call of the GALACTICA project, of which PRODUTECH is a partner, was a success with a total of 26 approved projects involving 40 SMEs. It will fund 18 Pioneer Acceleration projects and 8 Orbital projects. Of these, 1 Orbital and 2 Pioneer are from 4 Portuguese companies.
In GALACTICA's first call for proposals with €1.2 million budget, 84 proposals were received involving 138 SMEs requesting more than €5 million of funding.
A total of 26 projects were approved involving 40 SMEs from the manufacturing technology, textile and aerospace sectors. 18 Pioneer Acceleration projects and 8 Orbital projects will be funded. Of these, 1 Orbital and 2 Pioneer are promoted by 4 Portuguese companies.
